We’re thrilled to welcome Ryan, the newest member of the J Barker Asphalting crew – and he’s already hitting the ground running (and raking, and rolling)!

In just a short time, Ryan has made a big impression with his rock-solid work ethic, keen attitude, and willingness to learn. Whether he’s behind the rake fine-tuning the finish or behind the roller laying it down smooth, he’s proving to be a natural in the game.

It’s not every day you see someone pick up the tools and take to it like asphalt to a fresh base. Ryan’s carving out a strong future here, and we couldn’t be more excited to watch him grow (and roll) with the team.
